Graham Jones is an Internet Psychologist who specialises in understanding how your customers behave online. He then uses that information to help you create better, more appropriate connections with your customers and potential clients so that you can generate more leads and more income.

Graham is a part-time academic, working for the University of Buckingham and The Open University. He is also the author of 29 books – 16 of which are about the internet. Graham is an award-winning writer and is on the Board of the Professional Speaking Association.
